Je suis très impatiente TRÈS TRÈS TRÈS IMPATIENTE Je ne peux plus attendre le livre Amicalement. Rosie Reply Hi Rosie, It's not long now! We'll be putting up the book jacket next week on the website, so you'll soon see what it looks like. I'd be interested to know what you think, as it's very different from the other book covers. The publishing date is 20th March, but you will probably be able to get the book before this. Have a good weekend and happy Spriting! Kind regards, Sheridan

Dear Sheridan I love reading your books, I'm on the 3rd now. At school we had to write a dramatic extreme weather story I did a tornado .In book 2 when glenda trys to destroy the towers I used all that kind of tension and feeling! The one thing i always daydream about is THE SPRITE SISTERS in big lights!!!(a movie) don't you think that would be amazing I would so audition to be Marina! What do you say about the movie Idea??????? Thankyou Ellie Reply That sounds very exciting! Yes, it would be amazing to have a Sprite Sister film made. One day! I'm delighted you are enjoying reading the stories. Kind regards, Sheridan

I have put the address in the email box, which might not work. Maybe I didn't understand what you said. (Well, I tried to) I sent my story to my friends, and they have been like my editors. I might put in the story, for you to read, you are a real writer, but if I just copied and pasted, it would make the longest comment ever. I would email it to you, but it says publishing only. When I was younger, all I wanted to do was write about schools (weird, right?!) and I always used to make maps and timetables for my characters. It helped me build up an idea of what they did. Like you did with the Circle of Power and the map of the grounds of Sprite Towers. Reply That's a really good way of gettng your characters and the structure into shape, Maddie. I make out a grid of the timing, so that I can see the action of the story - it needs to arc at certain points. Some writers have whole files about their characters. I don't, but I have to have a very clear idea in my head as to how a character will react and what they will say, in a situation. Keep going - I'm sure you'll do well! Best, Sheridan

You're right, I took the quiz, and I came up as Ash, which was actually quite surprising. You know I said my cousins and I like playing imaginary games? One of our latest games was inspired by the Sprite Sisters, so we say we have the Elements, only there are six of us, so we are Earth, Fire, Water, Air, Light and Ice. BAxter is the only boy, and he is Ice, and his little sister is Light. Her name is Evelyn (in the game) which actually means light. I have started writing a story about it, and I had to research the names, so I wouldn't copy you, but it is worth it. The thing says I can't put in any URL addresses, which is a shame, becuase I have made a website for these stories. I get most of my story ideas from my cousins, and I like them to see what they have helped me with. Reply What fun, Maddie! I'm so pleased you've used the Sprites as the basis of your game. Interesting, too, that you came out as Ash when you did the quiz again. I wonder if it would work if you sent the name of your website without the bit before the 'at' sign? Happy Spriting! Best regards, Sheri
